Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content ideas.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and analytics.
• Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive online presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating engaging and viral content on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent video editing skills and familiarity with video editing softwares like CapCut and Final Cut pro or alternatives.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidate must be enrolled in a post secondary program for this role.
• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident.
• This role is a hybrid position and requires you to be in-office at least 50% of your working hours at our HQ at 2 Berkeley St Toronto, ON M5A 4J5.
